These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between you and Lighthouse Rentals LLC. By using this website or making a booking inquiry, you confirm that you understand and agree to comply with all terms listed below.

2. Booking Terms

• Guests may submit booking requests directly through our website or through linked third-party platforms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. 
• Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. 
• A valid government-issued ID may be required. 
• Bookings may require a deposit or full payment at the time of reservation. 
• By confirming a reservation, you agree to abide by all listed house rules and occupancy limits. 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Lighthouse Rentals LLC’s standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• 75% of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. 
• 50% of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date. 
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 90 days of the arrival date. 

Note: Individual properties may have cancellation policies that vary slightly from the standard policy above. These terms will be clearly stated during the booking process.

If your booking is made through a third-party platform (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo), their cancellation and refund policy will apply.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to respect the property, neighborhood, and applicable rules during their stay. 
• No unauthorized guests or parties are allowed. 
• Guests are liable for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. 
• Smoking and pet policies vary by property and must be followed. 
• Guests are responsible for securing the property and personal belongings. 

5. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website in any way, including but not limited to:

• Uploading malicious code or attempting to hack the site 
• Sending unsolicited messages or spam through contact forms 
• Copying or distributing content without permission
